Feasibility studies, due diligence reports and other deliverables are prepared for the named client and the purpose stated in the engagement agreement. They rely on information provided by the client and third parties, site conditions observed at the time, and assumptions documented in the report.
Cost estimates, mass and energy balances, performance figures and financial projections are professional estimates subject to the stated accuracy class and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ. They are not guarantees of performance or return.
No party other than the named client may rely on a report without our written consent, which is normally given through a reliance letter that sets out the terms of reliance.
Our work considers applicable environmental and technical regulation as understood at the date of the report. Permits, consents and compliance remain the responsibility of the project owner and operator.
